Network Health Metrics

Network Effectiveness

An aggregation of the effectiveness ratings of all validators across the network.

Checkpoint Signing Rate

The aggregate checkpoint signing rate of the network based on all the validators’ checkpoint signing duties.

Checkpoint Effectiveness

The aggregate checkpoint proposal rate of the network based on all the validators’ checkpoint proposal duties.

Bor Proposer Effectiveness

The aggregate Bor block proposal rate of the network based on all the validators’ block proposal duties.

Reward Reference Rates

Network APR%

The rate of return that the average validator has earned in the time period toggled before rewards are distributed to delegators. For more information, please refer to our documentation Annual Percentage Rate (APR).

Heimdall Checkpoint APR%

The APR% apportioned to Heimdall checkpoint duties, both signing and proposals.

Bor APR%

The APR% apportioned to Bor proposal rewards in the time period toggled.

Heimdall : Bor Rewards

The aggregate ratio of Heimdall Checkpoint to Bor proposal rewards earned from all the network's validators. Referencing the screenshot below, this implies that in the time frame toggled for every 9 MATIC earned from Heimdall, network validators in the aggregate earned 1 MATIC on Bor.

The parameters that govern the APR% calculations here are the same as in the APR calculations. All metrics in this view are sensitive to the time window toggles to the top right.
